送貨服務及方式
所有產品均使用順豐速運送貨服務，只提供本港地區（離島、指定地區₁及郵政信箱除外）。每份訂單只限送往單一地址，運費將根據重量計算₂。
凡購物滿港幣400元，即可享有免費本地（離島及指定地區除外）送貨服務。 一般成功付款並確認的訂單將於3工作天內於香港發貨₃。
送貨時間
- 工商地區上門地址₄ / 順豐營業點₅：
星期一至五早上9時下午6時
- 順豐站₅：
星期一至五早上9時下午7時
- 住宅地區上門地址：
星期一至五早上9時下午8時
Delivery Service
All purchases will be delivered via SF Express. Delivery service is only available within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands, designated areas₁, and postal boxes). Each order can only be delivered to a single address. Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the order₂.
Enjoy free local delivery (excluding outlying islands and designated areas) for purchases over HK$400. Orders that have been successfully paid and confirmed will generally be dispatched from Hong Kong within 3 working days₃.

- Industrial and commercial area₄/ SF Business Stations₅:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- SF Stores₅:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM
- Residential areas:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM

₃實際送貨日期及時間需視乎庫存、送貨地址、人手安排及天氣影響等不同因素而定，並以確認訂單電郵所顯示之資料為準。如遇上特別情況，Honimana將會盡力作出其他送貨安排，並會以電郵 / WhatsApp與受影響客戶聯絡。
The actual delivery date and time depend on various factors such as stock availability, delivery address, staffing arrangements, and weather conditions. The information provided in the confirmation email will be considered final. In special circumstances, Honimana will make every effort to arrange alternative delivery options and will contact affected customers via email or WhatsApp.
