不是,Honimana歡迎初嚐麥蘆卡蜂蜜的顧客直接購物,而會員制度的主要目的是為顧客提供優惠、 分享蜂蜜相關資訊,以及方便用戶儲存收件地址等提升購物體驗之用。
如何確認成功付款並完成下單?

顧客提交訂單後,系統將自動顯示付款指引,亦會同步發送相關電郵。依指示完成付款後,一經Honimana核對紀錄,顧客將收到確認電郵及電子收據。
下單後,可否更改收件地址?
訂單確認後,如顧客因個人理由未能收件或更改地址,請自行與速遞公司聯絡再作安排。如貨件首次派送失敗,Honimana可安排重新發貨,唯顧客需自行承擔涉及的所有額外費用,包括但不限於退回快件及再度發貨之運費,否則將被視作棄單,並不獲任何退款之安排。如有疑問,請以電郵方式與[email protected]聯絡。
可以同時使用多於一個的優惠碼?

Do I need to be a Honimana member to shop?
No, anyone can shop at Honimana. We welcome customers who are new to Manuka Honey to shop directly. The membership programme offers discounts, shares honey-related information, and facilitates a better shopping experience.
How can I confirm my payment and order?

After placing your order, please follow the payment instructions shown on the webpage or in the email sent to you. Once Honimana verifies your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and e-receipt.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is confirmed, please contact the courier directly if you need to change your address. If the first delivery fails, Honimana can arrange a redelivery, but you will be responsible for any extra costs, including return and reshipment fees. Can I use more than one discount code for each transaction?
